What useomni does
useomni is a launchpad on Solana. Every coin trades against a pair its creator picks: a stock (an xStock like AAPLx or TSLAx, or a Robinhood Chain stock token bridged to Solana), a memecoin like BONK or WIF, SOL, USDC, or any Solana token with a Jupiter market. Every trade pays a 1% fee in that pair, and 70% of it goes back to the people holding the coin.
The creator also picks how holders are paid: in the pair itself, in a basket of up to ten assets (stocks, memecoins, gold) bought one per round, or King of the Hill, where the biggest buy every 15 minutes takes the round's fees.
Launching a coin
- Pick what it pays. Choose the hook (Reward or King of the Hill), the pair, and for Reward, whether holders get the pair or a basket.
- Name it. An image, a name, a ticker up to 10 characters, a description and an X link.
- Make the first buy, if you want. You pay in the pair, or in SOL when the pair is SOL. It's spent on your coin in the same transaction as the launch, so nobody can buy before you.
One transaction creates the coin's mint and metadata, puts 800M of its billion tokens on a bonding curve, and records the pair and the payout. Nobody can ever mint more, and none of it can change afterwards.
The pair
The pair is what your coin is priced in and what its fees are paid in. Buyers spend it, sellers receive it. On mainnet anyone can still buy with SOL: the app swaps it to the pair on Jupiter in the same transaction.
The picker offers:
- Stocks. Every xStock (tokenized shares like AAPLx, TSLAx, NVDAx and HOODx), taken from Jupiter's verified list, so a lookalike can't sneak in.
- Robinhood. Any token on Robinhood Chain: its stock tokens, gold, stablecoins, memecoins. Paste its address and it's bridged one-for-one to Solana (rhTSLA, rhNVDA and so on) in about twenty seconds. Each wrapped token is backed by the real one, locked in useomni's vault on Robinhood Chain, and can be redeemed there any time.
- Crypto. SOL, USDC, memecoins like BONK and WIF, and any Solana token you paste the mint address of.
Robinhood tokens have no market on Solana, so buying one with SOL takes two steps. Relay carries your SOL to Robinhood Chain, where our Gateway buys the stock token on Uniswap and locks it in the vault, and the bridge mints the wrapped token to your wallet, in under a minute. Then you buy the coin with it. Baskets work across both chains: a round that buys or sells a Robinhood token goes through Uniswap and Relay and takes a few minutes instead of seconds.
The bridge is run by useomni: it mints only against stock locked in the vault, releases only against a burn on Solana, and checks every ten seconds that no wrapped token's supply exceeds what the vault holds, freezing that token if it ever does. Releases are capped per day. The issuer can freeze or burn stock tokens anywhere, including in the vault, and the wrapped tokens are only as good as what it holds.
Any coin with a price can be a pair, even one with a $5K market cap. Thin markets are flagged: buying the pair with SOL swaps through that market and moves its price. Tokens with transfer fees, active transfer hooks or frozen-by-default accounts are refused, because the curve has to receive exactly what you send, and so are Robinhood Chain tokens that rebase.
Hooks and payouts
Reward, paid in the pair
Holders receive the pair itself. Nothing is swapped, so there's no route to find and no slippage. A coin paired with AAPLx pays its holders AAPLx.
Reward, paid in a basket
Up to ten assets, in an order you choose. Each round swaps the pair the coin earned into the next asset on the list and pays that, then the list starts over. The list's fingerprint is stored in the coin's on-chain account, so it can never change.

- 3NVDAxXsc9qvGR1efVDFGLrVsmkzv3qi45LTBjeUKSPmx9qEh
The order is the payout order. Swap two assets and the fingerprint changes completely.
King of the Hill
Every 15 minutes the single biggest buy wins the round and takes the holders' share of that round's fees, in the pair. Buys in the pool count after graduation too, credited to whoever signed them. If nobody buys, nobody is paid, and the fees roll into the next round that has a winner.

Only the single biggest buy counts, not a buyer's total. Sells pay fees into the round too, but never win it.
Where fees go
Every buy and sell pays 1%, always taken in the pair. It's split the moment the trade happens: 70% for holders, 10% for the creator, 20% for the platform. After graduation the coin's pool charges the same fee, split the same way, so holders keep earning.

The bonding curve
New coins trade against a constant-product curve priced in the pair. Whatever the pair, every coin opens at a $5K market cap: the launch sizes the curve's opening reserve from the pair's price, and a coin whose reserve is off by more than 30% isn't listed. The curve ends at 14 times the opening price, about $70K.
- Sold
- 55.5%
- Tokens sold
- 444M
- Market cap
- $14.2K
- Raised
- $3.7K
Every coin opens at $5.0K and the curve sells out at about $70.0K, after roughly $15.0K of the pair has come in. Then 200M tokens and everything raised become the coin's locked pool, inside the same program.
Graduating to the pool
When the last of the 800M curve tokens sells, the coin graduates in the same transaction. The pair raised and the remaining 200M tokens become a constant-product pool inside the useomni program, starting a little above the curve's last price. The program has no instruction that withdraws it, so the liquidity is locked for good.
Trading carries on with the same buy and sell buttons. Every swap in the pool pays 1% in the pair to the same fee split, exactly like the curve did.
Payout rounds
The holders' share of the fees collects in a pot for each coin. Once a minute the keeper:
- Reads every holder's balance from the coin's token accounts. The curve's own vault and burn addresses are left out.
- Sweeps the holders' fees out of the program into each pot.
- Pays out any pot that's big enough. A pair coin pays once its pot is worth $1; a basket coin waits for $10 so the swap doesn't eat the round. King of the Hill pays each finished round straight to its winner.
- Credits every holder their share of what was paid, in proportion to what they hold.
| Wallet | Holds | Gets |
|---|---|---|
| 7xKq…e1Fz | 0.54051351 | |
| 9Bw3…c4Lp | 0.33782095 | |
| Dd3R…08mQ | 0.12161554 | |
| 2cHv…9dTs | 0.00005 |
A wallet holding 37 tokens still gets its share. Rounding leftovers (3 wei) stay with the keeper.
Claiming rewards
Payouts sit in the program's rewards vault until you claim them. After every round the keeper publishes a fresh list of what every wallet has earned in total. One claim on the Rewards page sends you everything you're owed across all your coins, a few assets per transaction. Old earnings never expire.
What's on-chain
On-chain, enforced by the useomni program:
- The pair, the payout mode and the basket's fingerprint.
- The curve, the fee and its split, and graduation.
- Every King of the Hill round's biggest buyer and the fees it collected.
- The fixed supply and the locked pool after graduation.
Run by the keeper: working out each holder's share, swapping basket rounds, and publishing the claim list. Each step leaves a transaction you can check, but you're trusting the keeper to do it.
